Jennifer Lin is on a mission to break language and cultural barriers in the workplace. She holds a degree in Linguistics and English Literature with a minor in Education from National Taiwan University, and began her career teaching in high schools, underserved elementary schools, TOEFL institutes, and coaching corporate executives.

After working across Asia, Europe, and the US, Jennifer witnessed the stark contrast between real business communication needs and Asia's test-oriented language education approach. She recognized that perfect TOEIC or TOEFL scores weren't translating to actual business fluency or cross-cultural understanding.

To address this gap, Jennifer founded a corporate training firm serving Fortune 500 companies, implementing innovative project-based methodologies that simulated real-world business scenarios. Her firm quickly attracted Taiwan's largest companies across industries Jennifer realized traditional training couldn't scale to meet the overwhelming need. This insight drove her to pursue a technology-driven solution. She was admitted to both Harvard and Stanford and chose Stanford’s MS program in Learning Design and Technology, where she focuses on AI-driven workforce training.
